The professional information specialist staff at the Medical Library's Document Supply Center, offers a new service for the Faculty of Medicine's senior staff.
A staff member who has presented his candidacy for new appointments or academic promotion and needs help with locating and forming his list of scientific publications:
B.1. Original Articles (in peer reviewed journals only, only journals that have IF)
B.2. Case reports (in peer reviewed journals only)
B.3. Review Articles
Including impact factor, number of times an article has been cited, IF+ Q+ Rank in year of publication and current year and (*) Rank –rank will be determined by the category that the article has the highest score.
The list of publications will be created based on the library's data bases.
It's the staff member responsibility to check the list validation, including absent and incorrect publications
The academic staff member is obligated to double-check the information credibility before submitting it in to the CV and serving it to the nominations committee.
The information specialist staff at the library is acting according to the guidance and instructions of the faculty secretary and the divisional nominations committee at the Faculty of Medicine.
The library staff will be happy to assist you with any question you may have and will make their best efforts to forward you the list of publications within 2 weeks (working days) from date of application.
